For over 57 years, Greenpark Group has been creating exceptional communities across Ontario. From our founder's first homes in Toronto to today's master-planned communities, our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has never wavered.
Our Story
Carlo Baldassarra immigrated to Canada from Italy in 1958. Like many newcomers, he arrived with little more than a strong work ethic and big dreams. Working as a carpenter, Carlo learned the building trade from the ground up—literally swinging hammers and laying foundations.
In 1967, Carlo founded Greenpark Group with a simple philosophy: build homes the way you'd build them for your own family. That philosophy has guided us through nearly six decades of growth, through housing booms and downturns, through changing styles and technologies.
Today, Greenpark remains a family company. Carlo's children and grandchildren continue to lead the organization, maintaining the hands-on approach and quality standards that Carlo established. We've built homes for over 84,000 families across the Greater Toronto Area, and we treat each new homeowner the way Carlo treated his first.

Three Generations of Excellence
What makes a family business special isn't just longevity—it's continuity of values. When you buy a Greenpark home, you're not dealing with a distant corporation or anonymous investors. You're working with a family that takes personal pride in every community we create.
The Baldassarra family still walks job sites. We still review floor plans personally. We still believe that our name on a home means something.
Community Commitment
Greenpark's relationship with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation spans more than 25 years. We've built multiple Grand Prize Lottery Homes—including several in King City valued between $4.88 million and $6.8 million. These showhomes represent the pinnacle of design and construction, built to the highest standards and donated to support cancer research.
"We don't just build houses. We build communities where families create lasting memories." — The Baldassarra Family
